Guatemala Swiss Water Decaf is cooperatively grown and cups clean with a lemon, chocolate, medium body and medium acidity. While grown at a lower altitude than some of our other Guatemala coffee, this Guatemala Swiss Water Decaf is still grown at 3,000+ feet elevation, earning it a HB (Hard Bean) grading. It is washed and sun-dried and milled at origin then sent to be decaffeinated at the Swiss Water facility in Canada. This process is eco-friendly, chemical-free process that removes 99.9% of the caffeine from the green coffee.
