Wheel of Coffee – Like Wheel of Fortune, but Even Better! Are you tired of drinking the same old coffee every morning? Do you want to try a new flavor or style of coffee at your favorite Bradenton coffee shop? Maybe you want to try a different cup of coffee but you just do not […]

Joe started his morning like any other. He began by grinding single-origin coffee beans roasted by Banyan Coffee Company in Bradenton, Florida. Do you ever wonder where your morning coffee in Bradenton comes from? How many different origins and types of coffee there are? The difference between single-origin coffee and blended coffee? How coffee is grown? Where it is grown? How much is sold each year?

Organic? Non organic? Does it taste better? Does it not? Is it worth the cost difference? Is it not? Is it all hype? It is time to cut right through all the misconceptions and objectively look at why organic single-origin coffee is the best stuff you can get your hands on and start your day with, from cold brew coffee concentrate or pour over coffee using a Bodum electric kettle.

We started buying a few bags of coffee from Finca Terrerito just assuming they were your normal coffee farmer/importer, but when we came to visit them it made us realize that they were more than just a coffee company.

At Banyan we are not just here for the home use coffee drinker, but we also wholesale coffee suppliers to businesses and coffee shops. From coffee equipment, cold brew kegs, to consulting (barista training) we try to make our place a one-stop-shop without compromising quality. We offer coffee equipment, but we always encourage our customers to purchase their equipment as it benefits them in the long run.

We have been working with San Miguel for a few years and are looking forward to another great year with their amazing coffee as they begin their harvest season. This year will be a challenge for everyone in the coffee industry.
